have used your services through flight centre over the last three weeks in LA , very happy with your drivers and level of service. I have lost my video camera, a JVC in a case. I am hoping that I left it in your shuttle on the way to the airport Monday night . I had a 7.45 pickup at the crowne plaza but the driver was early and we left at 7.15pm. If this item is found I would appreciate an email or similar phone call Australia...0358289328...mobile 0418549299.. We have lost 4weeks of memorys. I can have it picked up or pay for the fedex shipping etc. Kind regards and thank you for services.
Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for assisting with our recent trip to the USA.
Karmel were absolutely perfect – timely, clean and lovely drivers. We sincerely appreciated the FOC transfers and were sure to tip favourably to the drivers. I was concerned about disembarking and locating the Karmel van and I shouldn’t have worried. I made the call on the number provided, the driver was despatched and we were on our way.
On average, I see about 5 – 8 travel agencies per day, 4 days a week and I can’t stop raving about Karmel. I know of a few bookings that are coming your way already, I couldn’t imagine using anyone else, particularly where cruise ships are concerned and I am happily singing Karmel’s praises when I’m out pounding the pavement.
Thanks again for making what can often be capricious part of any itinerary – an absolute seamless and easy experience.

This company's website accurately describes their service. I've used them perhaps 8-10 times over the last few years and they've performed exactly as advertised. They are on-time, picking you up at home or at the airport. The drivers are friendly, courteous and prompt. And you are usually the only one in the vehicle. You're never going to have to put up with detours to pick up someone or drop someone off.
I once used the company with the blue vans, coming home from John Wayne to La Mirada. And it was a nightmare. My biggest regret is that I didn't call Karmel on that occasion. Even without any advanced reservation, I still would have gotten home quicker, and without my daughter suffering from motion sickness.
I can't say enough good about Karmel.
As an overseas visitor to LA l was introduced to the Karmel Airport shuttle company by the AAA. Used your services 4 times in January, and each time l was delighted with the service.The drivers were always on time,professional very polite,helpful and clean even at 4.45am l wasnt allowed to touch my luggage.
I look forward to again using Karmel next year, its so easy to use, and for the price that was paid it was such good value..(l would have paid twice as much )

I want to congratulate you and your team for providing excellent transportation for our event. Your on-site staff at the airport was a great addition. Thank you for letting us know you offered that service. The bus services were spot on. Right on time and excellent clean buses. Great drivers too. The airport shuttle was one of the best we have used in the country. This is our 3rd time using our services and all three times were excellent. The web reservation portal you provided to our attendees made the entire process simple. Our attendees were all able to make their online reservations on their own. I loved not having to handle an arrival and departure manifest. We appreciate the extra steps you took to make our conference a successful one.

What a wonderful first time shuttle experience. The driver was right on time for the pickup at my home and right on time for the pickup at LAX. The driver drove the van as if he was transporting his family instead my family of 10. I will use Karmel in the future, and I will request "ROBERT" as the driver. Keep up the great work.
Just wanted to thank you for the excellent service we received both to and from LAX last week. The drivers who took us from Torrance to the airport were fantastic! My parents loved the town car and the van was a perfect fit for the rest of our group and our many bags! Our van driver was excellent. He was helpful with loading bags and especially patient with our 3 youngest passengers
It was great to see Russ again on our return trip home from LAX at 5:00a.m!!! The woman who took the call upon our arrival was so warm and welcoming, especially at that time in the morning.

Karmel drivers are always punctual, courteous, friendly, and professional - day or night!
