Two weeks ago I used your shuttle van service to go to John Wayne Airport and return home after a wedding in Colorado. My shuttle driver arrived at my home in Brea on time and was friendly, helpful and had a great sense of humor, which I desperately needed at 5:30 in the AM. The return trip was equally excellent service; the van arrived within 10 minutes of my call from the airport and I was home safe within forty minutes despite fairly heavy traffic. Thank you!

Karmel drivers are always punctual, courteous, friendly, and professional - day or night! I often wish I could pack up a driver and van with me when I travel…..the experience is just not the same throughout the country.

Marc, on another note… I have a really great story about some wonderful customer service I experienced with Monica and the driver that assisted my client Adrienne Curtis conf # 189946 and #189947. On my clients return trip she was dazed and confused as a result of a head injury she sustained during her trip. She arrived into LAX not knowing what she was doing and she borrowed a strangers phone to call me. The phone went dead before I could give her all the information she needed so I contacted Monica and explained the problem and gave her a description of my client and advised that she was inside the airport with her luggage at the luggage retrieval area. I have no idea what Monica told the driver but he went into the airport and he found her just before another shuttle company was able to get her. The driver took her luggage for her and walked her to the car, got her home safely, took her luggage to her apartment which was located upstairs and made sure she was OK before he left her.



I talk to Ms. Curtis on a regular basis and every time I see she tells me how wonderful your service was and she recommends you to everyone. I thank you and your employees for taking such good care of my client.

It was Connie who helped me. She was as I said, fantastic.

I WORKED WITH CONSTANCE ON A RESERVATION AND SHE HELPED ME LIKE NO OTHER. I DIDNT HAVE MY FLIGHT INFO AND SHE WAITED ABOUT 2HRS FOR ME TO CALL BACK AND STILL HAD MY INFORMATION FOR ME. I THINK THAT WAS COOL HOW I DIDNT HAVE TO CALL BACK SPEAK TO SOMEONE ELSE AND REPEAT ALL THE INFORMATION. IT SAVED ALOT OF MY TIME. AND THE SERVICE WAS CHEAP.

What a wonderful shuttle experience!!! Starting off with the reservations agent, Monica! She made the reservations process so simple. She deserves a promotion! I recommend her highly to deal with. Our van was clean and showed up 10 minutes early. We had an additional stop but the driver, Gary, made the time go by with ease. Compliments for a great service in Socal!!!

Your service was totally awesome! I picked up my luggage at the airport and within 5 minutes the driver was there and he smelled good! We went straight to my destination without any problems. Thanks!

i thought the service was good and we got to our hotel quickly but i didn't like it that because we were a couple mins late getting to the spot where we had to wait the driver left without us. about half hour later another driver came for another man and i ask him if he could take us and he called the dispatch and they charged me another $20 even thought they were going to the exact same street where i wanted to go. I think that was just greedy.

Used your service to get a group of 10 from LAX to Carnival Spendor in Long Beach. Can't say enough about how good our experiences with you were!!!!A+A+A+You were there within 10 min of our call to be picked up. On our return to the airport, I had scheduled our flight a little earlier than I probably should have, but the promptness and effiency of your service got us to the airport quickly and safely and we made our flight. I recently used your Limousine services to LAX. I took my family on a vacation and wanted to treat them to a limo ride. We were definitely happy when the shiny black limo pulled up. The driver, James, was very attentive, handled our luggage for us, showed us how to work the controls and brought us safely to LAX. The return to the airport was the easiest pick-up I have ever had. I called Karmel when we got our luggage and the driver pulled up curbside within 10 minutes.
Great Service and great staff. I will definitely tell my family, friends and co-workers who to use for airport transfers.
