Nancy picked us up from LAX and took us to our hotel in Garden Grove. We had the privilege of having her drive us 2 years ago as well. Great sense of humour and so friendly! I would highly recommend Karmel to anyone needing transport from LAX to the Disneyland area.

Karmel Shuttle helped me set up bus transportation in August for a group of 30 people to attend Angels and Dodger baseball games. The service all four days was perfect. Buses and vans arrived a bit in advance of all the scheduled times. It worked out extremely well that we had the same bus driver all four days. He was outstanding.Your coordination and willingness to work with me to arrange all the details made my job much easier.Thanks again for all your help.

Art was awesome. He picked us up and dropped us off back at the airport. He really cheered us up dealing with an airport bagage situation. I am so impressed with Karmel Shuttle Service. The morning driver picked me up at my hotel on time and texted me before pickup. She was so friendly and the van was really nice. . The afternoon driver texted me before pickup twice and he was outside waiting for me after Catalina Express docked. His van was really nice as well. I highly recommend Karmel Shuttle service.

We recently had a great experience with Karmel shuttles between SNA and Disneyland Hotel. The drivers were on time (early) and they communicated via text. We used this service 3 times while we were visiting Los Angeles. We were very happy with their communication and service. Our driver KaMya was brilliant. Would definitely recommend using them. It made our trip much easier to get around to the places we wanted to visit.

From the reservations (which were complicated as they had to pick-up and drop off different people at three separate locations at various times on different days) to the pick-ups and drop offs, this company is AMAZING! Every person we interacted with was not only professional, but nice too. They were also on time for everything, very helpful, personable and the cost was great too. We can't say enough good things about this company and highly recommend them.

We recently visited LA from Australia and used Karmel for all of our transfers(3). There was a few mix ups with collection times and locations (unsure who to blame Karmel or travel agent) but with a quick call to Karmel all was fixed. Special shout out to one of our drivers Art who went above and beyond any driver we have encountered. Although all our drivers were fantastic in their own way, Act was witty, informative, generous and a genuine pleasure to be around. We have used Karmel in the past and will continue to use in the future.

During our trip to Anaheim, we used Karmel Shuttle to get to and from SNA airport. They provided clear instructions ahead of time and communicated with us throughout the process to confirm and announce driver arrival time. The drivers were very professional and their fleet was kept clean. The roundtrip cost was reasonable. We had a great experience with Karmel Shuttle and will use them again on our next visit.

We had a great experience, I received a txt from our driver the minute we landed letting me know he arrived and I just needed to txt him when we were waiting at the pick up curb. I had a party of 8 and we travelled comfortably with our luggage in their up to 9 person shuttle. The van was clean and our driver was very respectful and kind. I tried booking them for our return the following day but got a “service unavailable” probably due to them being booked. I will definitely be using this service again.

They were awesome! We had a difficult time finding the shuttle because we were unfamiliar with the airport but once we got it figured out we found our shuttle and she was quick and efficient and very safe. I could not recommend them high enough and will use them the next time I come to Disneyland or LA.

We pre-arranged shuttle with Karmel from LAX to SanPedro cruise port. Unfortunately UA flight delayed for 3 hours . They was able to accommodate us(6 persons) according to arrival time. After we arrived port ,just few minutes to miss the cruise. He tried to help us to get arrangements for next step patiently without any thought. Finally we was able to go back to airport with his help and permitted by company. We are very appreciated the flexibility of company. It’s great help at that circumstance. Thanks!

Great experience driver arrived early for 4 am pickup, which for an early flight from lax made me hesitate when I didn't get name or contact number. But driver was excellent, courteous and great conversationalist.
